PROCUREMENT & LOGİSTİCS ENGİNEER ( INTERN)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze material specifications and manage vendor relationships to optimize procurement in terms of cost, quality, and delivery
- Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to achieve the best terms and maintain consistent alignment with sourcing strategies
- Monitor and report on supplier performance and procurement metrics to ensure strategic sourcing objectives are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with logistics partners globally, negotiating cost-effective transport solutions and ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery
- Oversee the preparation and management of shipping and customs documents, ensuring compliance and smooth transit of goods
- Proactively communicate with vendors and manage the entire shipment lifecycle from collection to delivery, addressing any logistical challenges that arise
- Salary Range: AZN 500 (for trainees)
- Eligible for standard performance and sales incentives upon successful completion of the probation period
- Work time 5 day in week

- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Engineering degree preferably in Oil & Gas, Petroleum Engg, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation
- Has excellent verbal and written communications skills in English language
- Knowledge of russian, turkish, and azerbaijani languages is advantageous
- High proficiency in MS Office, Internet
- An understanding of business operations and processes is important to their work
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
